To the Editor:
Hoodlums in Virginia recently shot and killed two animals that were both valuable livestock and family pets. Upon learning the details of these malicious crimes, the Board of Directors of the Virginia Wildlife Federation instructed me to notify you of the Board’s outrage at such senseless acts of cruelty and to urge all members and affiliates to assist in bringing the criminals to justice.
