The Town Planning Commission put in months of work on revising the existing zoning ordinance.
John McCarthy, the county’s zoning administrator, reviewed the document, suggested ways to simplify the language, and made the document more readable, to the extent that is possible.
After all of that was done the planners held a public hearing on the proposed revisions Monday night and one person showed up to ask questions.
