Combine eggs, syrup, sugar, butter, and vanilla; beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pastry shells, bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yeild-4 dozen. Fantastic punch base 2 cups sugar 6 cups water juice of 2 lemons or one 6 ounce can lemonade juice of 5 oranges or one 6 ounce can orange juice 5 bananas 1-46 ounce can pineapple juice Boil sugar and water until thick; cool. Add juices and put some of punch and bananas into blender and blend. Mix all ingredients together and freeze in baggies or other containers. An hour or so before party remove from freezer and thaw to a mush. To this base you may add ginger ale, 7-up, champagne or white wine. (1-2 quarts according to taste). Spinach balls Jan Palmer 2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained 2 cups Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing 1 large onion,.chopped 6 eggs, beaten 3/4 cup buter, melted 1/2 cup Parmeasan cheese, grated 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon pepper Cook spinach according to directions on package and drain well. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients and shape into small bitesized balls. Bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes. Preparation: 1 hour. Yeild: 120 balls. May also be made into casserole and baked for 30 minutes. May be made ahead of time and frozen. Thaw 1 hour before baking.
