This week recipes are compliments of the Rappahannock Woman’s Club from their Fashion Show and Tea on Sunday, March 21. They prepared and served refreshments to about 150 people at the club’s annual fundraiser to benefit their scholarship and a community service project.

1 cup light com syrup
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped peacans

Make pastry according to a favorite recipe. Roll thin and cut ir small circles. Line miniaure pans with pastry.
