Mr. Cunningham said, “It is perfectly legal to store banned pesticides regardless of container conditions. Regulatory action only follows illegal use and improper disposal of banned pesticides. This program offers the farmers of Rappahannock County an economical means to dispose of banned and unusable pesticide concentrates left in storage on the farm, at no expense to the farmer.”
