Reinhardt Lynch had some questions on a proposed addition to the ordinance, Section 1-5-4. This section would exempt properties wholly owned by the Town of Washington from provisions of the ordinance for any use or purpose made of them by the governing body.
“I just feel it is a wrong position for the town to take,” he said.
