As noted in your previous articleclasses are assigned certain tables for a certain amount of time and if they are delayed it runs into a time period for another class.
Another item that would greatly help is if all teachers made a genuine effort to give each lunch ticket to its owner before they leave the classroom. These tickets must tie punched as each lunch is purchased!
If a student does not have his ticket in hand, then his name must be written down as a “charged” lunch and his ticket punched later. This takes a lot of time and hampers efforts for the line to run smoothly and swiftly.
While these suggestions can’t help the. problem of too little space, I believe if teachers and students would take notice, the whole cafeteria situation would run a little more smoothly.
