Mr. Lynch, “is that the town could buy a piece of land and put a town hall on it and the public would have no chance to react. What is wrong with the tow'n rezoning the town hall property?” he asked.
“That would amount to spot zoning (of Village Commercial) in a residential area and I don’t believe the town wants to do that,” responded Mr. McCarthy.
