Tennis Clinics
Tennis clinics are being offered by the Rappahannock Park on Tuesday and Wednesday for juniors at all levels, beginners, intermediates and advanced. Adult clinics are on Wednesday afternoon and Saturday mornings.

Front Royal Festival of Leaves
The 23rd Annual Festival of Leaves takes place Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 9 and 10 in Front Royal.
Sponsored by the Warren Heritage Society, the Festival features a parade Saturday morning, crafts, antique and art shows, lots of food and live entertainment. For more information call 636-1446.
Benefit Cookout Planned
As a co-sponsor with Ki Theatre of Crossroads 1993 Soil & Soul, The Rappahannock Farmers’ Association is holding a cookout supper from 5-7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9. “Come to our tent located across from The Gay Street Theatre for supper before the John McCutcheon concert. A meal featuring Rappahannock 4-H Livestock Club beef and lamb will be served for $5 per plate,” said a member of the Farmer’s Association.
Baseball Clinic Registration
Registration is still open for the Jonathan Jenkins Baseball Clinic Saturday and Sunday afternoons Oct. 9 and 10 at the Rappahannock High School.
The Clinic features professional baseball instruction by several major league current and former players, including former white sox pitcher Jonathan Jenkins.

Dance at Amissville
