Surviving are two daughters, Joan Bailey and Charlotte Freeman, both of Washington; two sons, John M. Barbour Jr. of Anchorage, Alaska, and Theodus Barbour of Washington; two sisters, Cora Davis of Washington, D.C. and Lillie Worrell of the Bronx, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the church.

Cora Kibler
Mrs. Cora Elizabeth Kibler, 84, of Culpeper, widow of Stanley Kibler, died on Friday, Oct. 1 at Piedmont Health Care Center in Charlottesville.
She was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Sarah Wright Bawkey and a native of Rappahannock County.
She was a member of Black Oak Regular Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, David Kibler of Madison; two daughters. Pearl Weakley of Culpeper and Martha Johnson of Harrisburg, Pa.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were private.
