PURSUANT to Section 6-1-1 of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public nearing on Wednesday October 13,1993 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
TW/SU 93-09-01 Application by Spring Mountain School to increase the number of children allowed in attendance from 40 to 60 during normal school hours and to utilize additional rooms in existing structure (property owned by Mr. William Carrigan); Tax Map 20A 1, Parcel 78, located on Mt. Salem Avenue, Town of Washington, VA. New areas to include 1st and 2nd grades, Kindergarten, Board Meeting
and Room, Storage Area two (2) bathrooms. Property is zoned 'RR' Rural Residential and Is allowed under Section 1-4-4)6). Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for pubic inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
