PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 1, 1993, at 7.00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s):
SPECIAL EXEPTION # 93-09-01
James B. Atkin, P.O. Box 302 Spenyville, VA 22740. desires to obtain a Special Exception to the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance in order to construct a second dwelling on a parcel containing approximately 87.95 acres; tax Map 53, Parcel 25, property is located at Peola Mills, off Rt. 749 near Nethers Mill in Stonewall/ Hawthorne Magisterial District. Allowed under Section 3, Article 3.3-1 (F) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 20, 1993, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, if any.
