However, by combining his lot with his mother’s, he could build another house on the lot, treating her 784 square-foot home as a separate family apartment.
At the meeting Mr. Norman said he understands that the two houses must share a driveway and that the lot cannot be subdivided. Mr. Norman is currently living near Castleton. The two-acre property is located near Rock Mills. Mr. Norman regularly travels between the two properties to check on his mother.
