Last year Gov. Wilder’s budget slashed binding by 50 percent, bufc Del. Robert Ball (D-RichmondJ, chairman of the House Appropriations Committee and Seri. Hunted Andrews (D-Hampton), chairman of the Senate Finance Committee recommended restoring funding for libraries following public hearings oft the budget held around the state. *
The libraries ended up with 90 percent of full funding this past year and hope for full funding this year. !
