By HELEN W. SMITH Extension Agent. Home Economies Everyone knows that the best holiday treats are the homemade ones baked with love and care. As we prepare for the 1993 holiday season. I wanted to share some recipes that several ladies in Rappahannock County shared with me this fall. Several are for baked goods and desserts that they prepare this time of year and others are some favorite casseroles and vegetables dishes that they make for family get-togethers.
I appreciated them sharing their family recipes so that I can include them in my column this week, as well as all the other folks who have contributed ideas and recipes for my nutrition column during the past year.
