Karen Bowling Foster, from Congressman Wolfs office will be in Rappahannock county from 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 16 at the Cooperative Extension Service office in Washington.
First Day Sports Practices
The first day of sports tryouts at RCHS for girls’ basketball will be from 8-10 a.m. for junior varsity and 10 a.m. to 12 noon for varsity on Aug. 14. Cross-country try-outs and practice will be at 6:30 p.m. on August 14. Varsity cheerleading practice will be held at 3 p.m. on August 21. For more information call Mike Tupper at 987-8575.
