If administrators with enthusiasm and a sense of humor make a good school, Rappahannock County High School should be in excellent shape this year.
Newly appointed Principal Jack Raines and assistant principal Mike Tupper have been making plans for the coming year. They laugh a lot and work long hours, and they feel certain if everyone else does the same thing the 1995-96 school year will be one of the best ever.
