In addition, in order to correct a typographical error in the adoption ol the County Code, the following amendment to 170-36D is proposed:
Change "greater" to less" in the first appearance of "Camp, recreational ground, retreat lodge or resort".
Further, in order to comply with recent amendments to the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended the following amendment to 170-42 is proposed:
Strike provision A., and re-letter B, and C., as A. & B , respectively.
These proposed amendments shall be considered bv the Planning Commission at a Public Hearing to be held on Wednesday, August 16, 1995, at 7:30 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA. All interested persons are invited to attend either or both meetings in order to comment upon these amendments.
These amendmanet proposals were authorized by a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the Planning Commissioners of Rappahannock Coun3'.
