Is the Internet coming to the Rappahannock County Library? This Saturday there will be a program at the library which will explain the Internet and help people get started.
Mike Platko of SMA Communications, a local Internet provider, will be the speaker. He will explain what the Internet is, what it can provide, how to get started and how' to establish a user group.
