As the Director of the Child Care and Learning Center, 1 advocate strongly to one and all the values of a high quality early childhood program. A goal for all communities should be to have a preschool/day care program that is affordable, developmentally appropriate, includes special-needs children, and actively solicits sources of funds to include economically disadvantaged children (with their more affluent peers).
