The Community Concert Association of this five-county area announces that although its subscription drive has ended, late subscribers will be accepted until the end of August.
The series includes five concerts presented at the Culpeper County High School. All at 7:30 p.m., these are on Saturday, Sept. 9 featuring Georgia Michaels in show tunes, country, and pop hits; Wednesday, Sept. 27. The Vivaldi Orchestra of Moscow, classical music; Tuesday, Oct. 24, Rhythm and Brass, six men play classics to jazz; Tuesday, Feb. 20, 1996, The Magjc of Ballroom with a big band and the Fred Astaire Studio Dancers; Tuesday, April 23, Dale Gonyea, comedian pianist.
Tickets are $25 for adults, just $10 for all K.-12 grade students in a family or, with special benefits, $75 for patrons, or $125 for benefactors.
