City Slickers
To the Editor:
I will defend no more “City Slickers” forever!
1 have waited to write this letter, thinking that I might change my mind and become once again a defender of city people. But, unfortunately my opinion has not changed.
1 live in Madison County, and our home and property were damaged on June 27 by the flood. It didn’t take a college degree for me to know that something was definitely wrong on this day! Don’t get me wrong, 1 lived in Northern Virginia from 1969 until 1991, so I at one time was a city person too, but this also shows that I know them well.
