I refer, of course, to the selfstyled “Freedom Studies Center” (whose notion of freedom I’m beginning to question) and their scheme to “develop” their vast real estate holdings well beyond any reasonable density (to the point that conventional septic tanks and drain fields would be unequal to the task) and to drain their run-off and pump their effluent into the beautiful Hazel River.
We must not allow such a precedent to be set in the Virginia Piedmont. It wduld be only the beginning — the beginning of the end.
