This is an action to sell certain real estate to collect delinquent real estate taxes owed to the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, by tne owner or owners, who are believed to be the Defendant, Henry Jackson, and/or the other persons named as Defendants, including Parties unknown. 1. The real estate to which this suit applies is located in Rappahannock County, Virginia, and is described as:

Tax Map 56, Parcel 9 12.50 acres near Scrabble, and the intersection of Rt 522 and Butler Mill Road. Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia. And being the same property referred to as Lot No. 2 of the Reid land in which a life estate was acquired by Henry Jackson by deed recorded in Deed Book 30 page 313 of the records maintained by the Clerk ot the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, which deed reflects that Hugh Jackson, R. R. Jacksori and William Noakes are remaindermen.
