170-65 Add a new Section to read: M. Additional Standards for Swimming/ tennis facility, public or private club. Such facilities shall be located on a minimum of twenty-five acres, and all recreational faalities shall be set back a minimum of one-hundred feet ' from all adjacent properties. In addition, in order to correct a typographical error in the adoption of the County Code, the following amendment to 170-360 is proposed: Change ‘greater' to less" in the first appearance of “Camp, recreational ground, retreat, lodge or resort*. Further, in order to comply with recent amendments to the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the following amendment to 170-42 is proposed: Strike provision A., and re-letter B. and C., as A. & B., respectively. These proposed amendments shall be considered by the Planning Commission at a Public Hearing to be held on Wednesday, August 16,1995, at 7:30 PM at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
