Back to School Picnic A back to school picnic sponsored by Rappahannock County High School for members of the Class of‘95 and ‘96 will be held at 5 p.m. on Aug. 23 at the Recreation Center. Everyone is asked to bring a covered dish and large bottle of soda. “Say goodbye to last year’s seniors — get organized as this year’s seniors," said a spokesperson.
