Virginia Cooperative Extension will sponsor a parent education course, "Becoming a Love and Logic Parent," which will be offered on Tuesday, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. October 29, November 5, 12, 19, 26 and December 3. The classes will be held at the Rappahannock Cooperative Extension Office, second floor of the Washington Arts Building on Gay Street in Washington. A $10 registration fee is to cover the cost of the parent education manual. v
