PUBLIC HEARING
ORDINANCE FOR THE RECODIFICATION
AND READOPTION OF THE
RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE
As provided by ordinance adopted unanimously on October 7; 1996, the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing to recodify and readopt the Rappahannock County Code, pursuant to §15.1-37.3 of the Code of Virginia. The function of this ordinance is to bring into compliance with state law certain sections of the County. Code, making changes as required by law.
A full and complete copy of the resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors, as well as of the County Code itself, is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, on Gay Street, in Washington, VA.
