PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rap> pahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 3, 1997 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:
