less driving—failing to maintain control, following a wreck on Route 604 in Sperryville. According to Trooper Sumner's report, Mr. Atkins was travelling south on Route 604, two miles south of U.S. 522, when he lost control of his 1991 Honda, ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree. He suffered minor injuries but the Honda was deemed a total loss.
