Shirley Nalls

Shirley Marie Nalls, 55, of Front Royal, died at her home on Friday, Jan. 31.

Funeral services were held at the Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal on Tuesday, Feb. 4 with the Rev. James Burke officiating.

Interment was in the Masonic Cemetery, Washington.

Mrs. Nalls was bom on Sept. 9, 1941, in Rappahannock County, the daughter of Clabert and Helen Burke Smoot.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Clarence Nalls of Front Royal; three daughters. Shelly Morefield of Stephens City, Sherry Vanover of Front Royal and Sheila Owens of Culpeper; one brother, Bud Smoot of Washington; three sisters, Debbie Wines of Chester Gap, Lois Williams of Washington and Jeannie Pomeroy of Front Royal and seven granddaughters.

Active pallbearers were Bill Racer, Jimmy Wines, Terry Costello, Jimmy Williams, Jim Williams and Kevin Williams.

Honorary pallbearers were J.D. Wines, Billy Smoot, Ollie Wines and Steven Mills.
