He was predeceased by a daughter Rosie Helen Atkins.
Pallbearers will be Roger L. Atkins, Benjamin A. Atkins, Ricky D. Atkins, Michael G. Atkins, Mark A. Williams, Benjamin A. Atkins II, Blair A. Atkins and Robert J. Atkins.
Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Frazier Jr., French Monroe, Wayne Monroe, Ron Thompson, Tom McDonald, Jimmy Green, Carl Willingham, Robbie Atkins, Justin Grimsley, Cecil Cameron and Ray Burke.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.at Maddox Funeral Home in Front Royal.
