April 10 is a very special person’s birthday, my sister, Lynette Wells. I am also very proud to congratulate Lynette on her upcoming graduation from college. After 28 years of marriage, raising two children, who gave her and Ralph two grandchildren, and while working full- time, Lynette will walk across the stage on May 9 to receive her degrees in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science. We will be the loudest cheering section in the stands.
