Acreage reports are now being accepted by the Culpeper/Rappahannock Farm Service Agency County OfTice. Crops required to be reported are:
• Fruits and vegtables planted on farms recieving benifits under a Production Flexibility Contract (AMTA).
• Any crop for which a commudity loan or LDP is requested.
• CRP acreage in accordance with the CRP-1 Appendix.
• Any crop for which a disaster benefit is or may be requested under NAP.
• All quota tobacco (except burley)
• All peanuts.
• Cotton, in connection with the Boll Weevil Eradication Program.
• EQIP Acreage according to EQIP Appendix.
Any other acreage planted on the farm is not required to be reported by procedures, however, the county office will accept a report of any acreage planted on the farm if a producer wishes to report such acreage in order to maintain a

hearing testing
! Lion Bob Anderson has announced the spring schedule for the sight and hearing testing annually conducted by the Rappahannock Lions Club for all school children in the county. I The sight and hearing van, expertly operated by local Lions, will visit RCHS on April 20 and 21. Students at RCES will be tested on May 11 and 12 and at Wakefield CDS on May 13. Testing hours will be from 8:30 a m. to 3 p.m. for all scheduled sight and hearing testing visits.
