BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY. VIRGINIA

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 ol the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 23, i 998 at seven-thirty in the evening in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following applications:

SU #98-03-04 Carol A. Vogel, owner of Tax Map 59. Parcel 11, at 3753 Slate Mills Road Boston, VA 22713, desires a Special Use Permit to conduct art instruction classes/workshops in her teaching studio, with less than 25 students Property is zoned Agricultural, located in Hawthorne District, containing 25.690 acres Allowed under Section 170-36(8) with Additional Standards in Section 170-63(B) & (C) of the Rappahannock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 1998 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals, c/o P.O.
