Tompkins III, Peter C. Skowronski and Steve Owen Critzer were reelected to council by votes of 81, 76 and 71 respectively.
Both first time candidates Alice Butler and Rene Ruffner were elected, Butler with 65 votes and Ruffner with 54. Former councilman Reinhardt Lynch lost to Ruffner by four votes, receiving a total of 50.
