Others involved were Agnus Puryear, member of the Madison Garden Club, who donated flower arrangements for the reception tables, and area supermarkets Farmer Jacks, Food Lion and Wal-Mart, who donated food items for the reception. Volunteers from each literacy council helped with the reception following the graduation ceremony.
