Open house at Healing Arts
The Rappahannock Healing Arts Center will host an open house on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Come by and chat with practitioners, browse through the educational reference library or just satisfy your curiosity. Band Booster activities
Rappahannock Band Boosters are having a yard sale, bake sale and car wash on Saturday, Oct. 10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Rappahannock High School. Anyone wishing to donate items should call John Wiese at 937-9909.
A Band Booster meeting will be held on Oct. 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rappahannock High School auditorium. The public is invited.
Book Fair planned at RCES
Rappahannock County Elementary School Library will host a Scholastic Book Fair from Tuesday, Oct. 20 through Wednesday, Oct. 28. The fair will be open from 8:15 a.m. until 4 p.m. on school days with additional hours on Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. during the parent conferences. Resolution to honor Mr. Fletcher
The Rappahannock County Bar Association on Friday, Oct. 23 at 4:30 p.m. will present a Memorial Resolution in honor of the late James W. Fletcher, who died on March 10, 1998, to the Judge or Judges of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Virginia convened in Special Session at the Rappahannock County Courthouse in Washington. Interested individuals are invited to attend.
