The Rappahannock Healing Arts has the following activities scheduled:

Oct. 8: Yoga at 9:30 a.m.; Spiritual Growth Group with Bertha Scholten and Ann Tate 1:30-3 p.m.; Body-mind Counseling with Bertha Scholten 3-6 p.m., by appointment; Meditation with Joe Johnson 7 to 8 p.m.; Massage/Alexander Technique with Karen Loving, 11:30 to 3:30 p.m.; Oct. 9: Voice Analysis 10-12; Health Options Counseling from 1 to 5 p.m. and Nutritional Counseling from 4 to 8 p.m.;
