having this show was trying to decide on prices, which range from $300 to $850. The sizes of the canvases range from 9-by12 inches to 24-by-30 inches.
Most of the works she chose for the exhibit are landscapes, depicting water and woods. Berman’s years in commercial art developed her eye for composition and, although her paintings do not look contrived, she said she doesn’t hesitate to alter a natural setting on canvas to suit her.
