A discussion was held regarding a resolution by the planning commission proposing amendments to the subdivision and zoning chapters of the county code regarding subdivision of land.
The biggest debate came due to the amendment to article 147-37 which would replace the minimum lot size “25” and “25” in the “C” and “A” columns with “5" and “2”, respectively.
