Directors are expected to attend monthly Board Meetings, participate on District committees and work groups, represent the citizens of his or her county in regard to conservation issues, and be willing to stay abrerst of local conservation issues. They are also required to participate in policy and program development, as well as provide financial direction for proper expenditure and management of funds within the District.
