The first school of thought concerning iris analysis was popularized in the United States largely through the work of Dr. Bernard Jensen, D.C. Currently, iridology is recognized as a valuable tool for assessment and prevention. It is practiced worldwide.

How does it work?

The eyes are an extension of the brain via the optic nerves. The nerve fibers that end in the iris connect to the entire body. Different parts of the iris correspond to different parts of the body.
