About a year ago I came across a book that changed my life. I had already made some significant changes in the past 25 years, among them diet (including organic food), eliminating addictive foods and other substances, adding herbal supplements, reducing stress, getting enough exercise, getting body work for stressed, injured or fatigued areas, increasing my spiritual/metaphysical/philosophical

awareness and just learning to be more aware of where I am in my daily life.

But this book by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D., “Your Bodies Many Cries For Water” was the biggest eye opener yet. It’s about the importance of water in the human (your) body.

After reading the book I realized I was basically dehydrated.
