As the result of a lookout posted by the Virginia State Police, a Luray man was arrested by the Rappahannock County SherifFs Office late on the evening of Nov. 4 and charged with driving while intoxicated.
According to Sheriff Larry Sherertz, Dep. James Welch stopped George F. Dill, 48, in Rappahannock County at about 11:30 p.m. after receiving the look-out, and charged him with DWI.
