Theatre Friday
Barbara Adolfi, Joyce Abell and Sallie Morgan will present “No Ordinary Person,” Ki Theatre’s highly popular evening of autobiographical storytelling, on Friday, Nov. 9 at 8 p.m.
Barbara Adolfi will make her first appearance in “No Ordinary Person,” with her story of growing up in a strict Italian Catholic family.
Joyce Abell takes us on two exceptional journeys, “Little Girl Tossed” and “How I got to College.”
Sallie Morgan returns this year with the travails of working for “The Boss from Hell.”
Tickets for “No Ordinary Person” are $10. For reservations, call 987-8408. Be sure to leave your full name and phone number, as well as the number of tickets you wish to reserve. This performance will be held at the Ki Theatre.
Thanksgiving pie
sale underway
A fund raiser, a Thanksgiving pie sale, sponsored by the Rappahannock County High School Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship Classes is currently underway.
Three types of pies are being sold: pumpkin pie or apple pie with crumb topping for $10 or a pecan pie for $12. The pies must be ordered and paid for by Friday, Nov. 16.
Pies may be picked up Tuesday, Nov. 20 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or Wednesday, Nov. 21 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Tax bills mailed
2001 Rappahannock County tax bills have been mailed and must be paid on or before Dec. 5, 2001 to avoid a penalty. Failure to receive a bill through the mail does not relieve the taxpayer of any additional charges that will accrue under law for failure to pay by the deadline.
