Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy the Colonial Christmas tradition as they stroll through the village. Hearthstone School will be sponsoring a Christmas Bazaar at Trinity Episcopal Church on Saturday. Dec. 8 beginning at 10 a.m.
There will be special open houses. 4-H Pony Club Tbwn Criers and a bake sale, and Christmas sales at many of the village shops.
On Saturday evening, the Washington Baptist Church will sponsor a special Candlelight Colonial Christmas Dinner at 6 p.m. with servers and carolers in period costume. The Baptist church also will sponsor a Christmas luncheon from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday. Dec. 9.
The Yale Russian Chorus will be performing in a concert at the Theatre in Washington on Saturday. Dec. 8 at 8 p.m.
