• Vice Mayor Steve Critzer opened the meeting with a tribute to John Miranda, who recently passed away and was a friend of the Willis family and of all others whom he encountered. Mayor Willis was absent from the November meeting having left Town to attend Mr Miranda’s funeral.
• Work on the Town’s Zoning Ordinance continues, and another work session was scheduled foi Dec. 15 at 6:30 p.m.
• Treasurer Alice Butler report ed on the Town’s finances, noting consolidated assets of $641,195.71 through the end of the October period.
