The texture for this scrapbook came from a little bag of dirt in a plastic bag like the one buttons come in.
“I chose a paper with a desert color and an extremely sandy texture called Southwest desert,” she said.
Hedges designed a book for a friend’s father who is an architect from New York and has a rich career and close family, knowing these things made the job easy.
