The 7.9 ounce Stowaway folds to 3.6 inches by 5.1 inches by .8 inch thick to fit in a pockt or purse. It folds out a full size keyboard 5 inches wide by 5.1 inches tall by .4 inch thick. Special keys link directly to built-in applications in Palm OS and Pocket PC PDA devices. The keyboard also has short-cut and function keys. A built-in dock eliminates the need for cables. Different models fit Handspring Visor and Sony CLIE Palm OS devices and Compaq iPAQ and HP Jornada Pocket PC handheld devices. The Stowaway runs off the handheld device’s own power supplies with minimal energy drain.
